Overview
The VT-42LO is a handheld OTDR for testing, evaluating, and locating faults on single-mode fiber links. It supports access networks, transmission networks, and FTTx/PON applications, including testing through optical splitters.
With 1310/1550/1625 nm wavelengths, a maximum dynamic range of 32 dB, and Link Map functionality, the VT-42LO helps technicians visualize fiber links, identify events, and assess measurement results in the field.
